This site collects no personal data about you directly. No user-level tracking, no third-party trackers, no advertising, no email signup, no user accounts. It's a static reference page with a small builder tool that runs entirely in your browser.
What stays in your browser
The SPEC Builder saves what you type into the four fields, plus your prompt-option toggles, to your browser's localStorage. That data:
- Stays on your device and is never transmitted to this site or any third party
- Can be cleared via the Clear all button in the builder
- Can be cleared by clearing site data in your browser or by using private/incognito mode
What the host provider sees
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any visit to any website, your browser shares basic technical information — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — with the host. Cloudflare uses this only to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Aggregate analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works via a lightweight JavaScript snippet that collects aggregate page performance and visit data directly from visitors' browsers. No cookies, no localStorage, no persistent identifiers, no individual visitor tracking, and no fingerprinting. IP addresses are stripped before any data is stored.
The purpose is to know whether anyone reads this. Nothing more.
Fonts
Web fonts on this site are served via Bunny Fonts, an EU-based, privacy-respecting alternative to Google Fonts. No identifying data is sent to Google or any other US-based provider for fonts.
What this site does not do
- No cookie-based tracking, no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics or similar third-party trackers
- No fingerprinting, no cross-site stitching, no individual visitor profiles
- No cross-site or third-party cookies
- No selling, sharing, or transferring of personal data
- No email or contact collection
